What to include in support requests
If you're hitting a bug, tell us your browser (Chrome 138, Safari 19, etc.), the page you were on, and what you were doing when the problem started. Screenshots help. If a chart did something unexpected, the screenshot is usually enough to reproduce.
For feature requests, describe the event you're trying to plan. We'd rather understand the underlying job than design from a feature name. Most of what shipped in version 0.2 came from three-line user emails about a specific event constraint that didn't fit the existing tool.
Partnership and press
If you're a wedding planner, event-management platform, or venue operations team interested in partnering — same email, subject line "Partnership." We're selective; the partners we work with tend to share the bias toward genuine usefulness.
Press and media: same email, subject line "Press." We'll get back to you with a media kit and answer your questions on the record.
