14-day refund, no questions asked
If you're unhappy with Seat Chart App Pro or your Event pass purchase, email us within 14 days and we'll refund you. No questions, no friction.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund." Include the email address on your account so we can find the purchase quickly.
We process refunds within three business days. Stripe takes another three to five business days to return funds to your card.
After the 14-day window
We're still willing to discuss it if something went wrong on our end — service outages, data loss, a billing error. Email us and we'll look into it.
For routine cancellations after 14 days: you keep access until the end of your current billing cycle, and you won't be billed again. Your charts stay accessible on the free plan.
What doesn't qualify
Refunds are for genuine purchase regret. Charging back via your card issuer instead of asking us first means we may suspend the account. Trying to chain Pro signups + refunds to use Pro features for free is bad faith and we reserve the right to decline.
