Tips before you go
Gates usually open 90 minutes before the event (family shows may differ), and the arena is fully cashless. You may bring only a small purse or bag up to 10 by 6 by 2 inches, and backpacks are not allowed, except for required medical equipment. Public parking lots open 2.5 hours before the event, and the Uber Zone is in Lot E at Madison and Wood. Nearby train stops are Damen (Green Line), Ashland/Lake (Green and Pink) and Illinois Medical District (Blue). After events, the #19 United Center Express bus runs downtown.
How to read the United Center seating chart
The first digit is the level: sections 101 to 122 ring the floor, 201 to 234 are the Lexus Club Level, and 301 to 334 are the upper bowl. Gates 2 and 3 are on the north side on Madison Street, and Gates 6 and 7 are on the south side on Adams Street.
The arena posts separate charts for Blackhawks games, Bulls games, concerts with floor seats and concerts with a standing floor. Check the one for your event, because floor sections change between them.
Wheelchair-accessible and companion seats are on every level, subject to availability, and elevators are next to Gates 3 and 7. Accessible parking is in Lot C at Warren Boulevard and Damen Avenue, entered from Warren. A sensory room is at Gate 2 1/2; ask at the Guest Relations booth at Gate 2 to use it.
